Financial policy
We request that patients pay their accounts at the time of their visit unless a financial arrangement is setup in the case of orthodontic treatment, etc. Accounts will only be issued by prior arrangement with the dentist.

Payment methods
We accept Cash, Cheque, Eftpos, Visa and MasterCard.

Health Funds
If you are a member of a health fund, electronic fund claims via HICAPS can be made at the time of service.
NOTE: Please bring in your health fund card with you as HICAPS claims can only be made on the day of the service.

Cancellation policy
If an appointment is missed or cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment without notification, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee will depend on the length of the appointment.

Long appointments
We reserve the right to request a holding deposit for appointments longer than 1.5 hrs.

Being on time
We do our best to run on schedule and appreciate patients arriving on time to prevent having to shorten their appointment.
